How to CONVERT LOW QUALITY VIDEO to 1280p Full HD in Filmora

Would you like to improve the quality of your video how to convert low quality video to 1280p Full HD? In this article i will share with you how you can convert a low quality video to 1280p hd in filmora. 

In this article I show you how you will put some special effects on the low quality video which will make the video much clearer. However we will also make some settings for making hd quality video. Guys, if you put these effects and setting on any video.

I can say for sure that the video will look exactly like hd. At the end of this article I converted such a low quality video into hd quality video. Here are 12 sample step-by-step guides.

1. Open Filmora Video Editor.

For this we need a software in which I am going to convert low quality video to full HD. For this I will use Filmora Video Editor. Which has many awesome effects to make HD videos.

2. Import the video into Filmora media.

Import your video into Filmora Media that you want to convert from low quality to HD. You can see that I have a video its quality is low. So I want to convert it to hd.

3. Drag the video onto the timeline.

So drag the video to the timeline for that. 

4. Crop the video.

We have to crop the video and cut the black area of the video. Click crop tools.

5. Select custom in the ratio.

Select custom in the ratio and get the black area out.

6. Project settings.

Now click on display settings and click change project aspect ratio.

7. Change Aspect ratio, resolution and frame rate.

Select 16:9 widescreen in Aspect ratio. Select 1920x1080 pixels in Resolution. And keep the frame rate at 30fps.

8. Go to Effects.

We will now apply some special effects to clean up the video. So click on Effects for that.

9. First Effect.

Search metropolis here.

Drag it to the timeline.

Double click on this effect and set its alpha to 45%.

10. Second Effect.

Now the second effect is to search the effect is called light teal.

Drag this effect to the track above the timeline.

11. Third Effect.

The third effect is to search stylish apocaly.

Also drag it to the track above the timeline.

12. Fourth Effect.

Now the last effect we have  to search for is the period piece.

Drag it to the top track of the timeline.

Now select all this effect and increase its duration according to the duration of the video.

So you can see that the video looks like hd.

13. Export.

Now we have to export this video and do some settings there too. Click the export button.

Click on the mp4 settings in the local tab here.

Keep the video quality to the best and the setting we've already made is fine.

Click ok and click the export button.

Our video will start exporting. You may have to wait a bit for the video to export and it may take time depending on the length of the video.

Let me show you the quality comparison of both the videos.

We have a video size of 1.46 megabytes before converting the video to HD quality.

And the video we converted from low quality to hd is 11.3 megabytes in size.
